Our treatments are unique and tailored to each person's individual needs.
We recommend our clients to book their appointments in advance. You can schedule your appointments using our contact form system, or by calling us at: 1441- 400-5906
Spa27 we want you to take advantage of every moment of your unique treatment.
Please arrive at 10mins. Before your appointment. We value your time arriving early is especially important for your first visit, as you will be asked questions about your health, and specific needs or goals of your treatment.
Cancellation of your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for the services
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Please provide us a minimum of 24-Hours' Notice to avoid being charged the 50% price of your missed appointment. Your service charge will be re-cooperate to Spa27 Team Member Wages.
Please understand that when you're canceling your appointment without giving us enough notice, our spa team is missing the opportunity to fill up their schedule at that time.
Our clients on the waiting list may miss a chance to receive services that they've been waiting to schedule.
Use of Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
This certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash.
Spa27 is not responsible for Gift Certificate loss, stolen or mutilation of certificates sold.
A gift Certificate Card must be presented at the time service is rendered.
This Gift Certificate can not be redeemed for cash in accordance with our Spa policy.
The value of any gift certificate is the currency identified on the certificate.
Unauthorized resale or transfer will invalidate this certificate.
Gift Certificate Card is redeemable only when presented at the time before the expiration date of service.
Gift Certificate Card sales are final and non-refundable.
Our Spa illness Policies
Clients undergoing treatment for any illness, Flu, Cold Virus or Coughing should first consult with your physician, prior to scheduling an appointment; and must also make our staff aware of any communicable diseases. Your health and well-being are our concern. Please be aware that your treatment may be re-scheduled when it is deemed necessary.
It is important that you inform your therapist before your treatment if you are having health conditions, pregnant or allergies. Please ensure there is enough time to discuss all health considerations with your therapist prior to the beginning of the appointment. This allows us to provide you with a full session, tailored to your specific needs.
We are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 18 years.
Payment: Spa27 accepts cash and Credit Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Harassment or Inappropriate behavior
Any harassment or inappropriate behavior will be Not tolerated at any time and will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
Any Sexual harassment is a crime and will be reported to the Bermuda law authorities.
We diligently try to create a safe, ethical and strictly therapeutic environment. This is very important for our clients and our staff member.
